摘要
复合多种交通转换功能的复杂交通节点是城市快速路通行能力和服务水平的瓶颈,为提高其整体运行水平,探讨了基于问题导向的系统设计方法。首先,全面分析各个交通系统和交通转换中存在的问题,以及慢行交通需求和对周边土地开发利用的影响;其次,以问题为导向,对各类功能需求进行取舍和平衡,提出系统解决方案,以期达到系统功能最优目的;最后,以深圳市观光路立交节点改造工程为例,利用基于问题导向的系统设计方法,提出的设计方案实现了提高交通转换效率,完善区域路网,释放土地资源,提升土地价值等诸多功能诉求,验证了该方法的可操作性。
Complex traffic nodes with multiple traffic conversion functions are the bottlenecks of urban expressway capacity and service level.The problem-oriented system design method is proposed to improve the overall operation level of complex traffic nodes.Firstly,the problems in various traffic systems and conversions are comprehensively analyzed,as well as the needs of non-motor traffic and the impact on the development of surrounding land.Secondly,based on the above problems,various functional needs are balanced and system solutions are proposed to achieve the optimal system function.Finally,taking reconstruction project of Guanguang Road Interchange in Shenzhen as an example,the problem-oriented system design method is used to propose the design scheme which improves the efficiency of traffic conversion and the regional road network,releases the land resources and enhances the land value,and the feasibility of the method is verified.
