摘要
目的比较盐酸帕洛诺司琼和盐酸帕洛诺司琼联合甲氧氯普胺足三里穴位注射治疗骨肿瘤化疗所引起恶心、呕吐的疗效。方法将49例骨肿瘤患者根据随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(24例)第1、3天化疗前30 min静脉注射盐酸帕洛诺司琼0.25 mg,联合组(25例)在对照组基础上,每日化疗前30 min和化疗后1 h使用甲氧氯普胺双侧足三里穴位注射(每侧5 mg)。比较两组化疗后止吐效果、恶心改善率及不良反应情况。结果联合组急性期呕吐控制总有效率和恶心改善率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组延迟期和全期呕吐控制总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组全期不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸帕洛诺司琼联合足三里穴位甲氧氯普胺注射液治疗急性期恶心呕吐优于单用盐酸帕洛诺司琼,但对延迟期和全期恶心、呕吐的治疗无明显优势。
Objective To compare the efficacy of palonosetron hydrochloride and palonosetron hydrochloride combined with metoclopramide Zusanli acupoint injection in the treatment of bone tumor patients with nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin chemotherapy.Methods The 49 patients with bone tumor were randomly divided into two groups.At 1,3 d,the control group(24 cases)were received 0.25 mg palonosetron hydrochloride 30 min before chemotherapy.In the combined group(25 cases),metoclopramide was injected at Zusanli acupoint(5 mg for each side)at 30 min before and 1 h after daily chemotherapy on the basis of the control group.The antiemetic effect,nausea improvement rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after chemotherapy.Results In the acute period,the total effective rate of vomiting control and nausea improvement rate in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while in the delayed period and whole period,there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of vomiting control between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Palonosetron hydrochloride combined with Zusanli acupoint metoclopramide injection are superior to simple using palonosetron hydrochloride in the treatment of nausea and vomiting in the acute period.However,there are no obvious advantages for nausea and vomiting in the delayed period and whole period.
