摘要
目的研究一种过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对非洲猪瘟病毒(ASFV)的灭活效果。方法采用悬液定量灭活试验和细胞培养法,观察一种过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对ASFV的灭活效果。结果用浓度为1000 mg/L的该过硫酸氢钾复合粉溶液作用5 min,可有效灭活悬液内ASFV。结论过硫酸氢钾复合物粉对ASFV具有良好的灭活效果,可作为猪场防控非洲猪瘟的有效消毒剂。
Objective To evaluate the inactivation effect of potassium peroxymonosulfate compound powder(PPmSCP)on African swine fever virus(ASFV).Methods Suspension quantitative inactivation experiment and cell culture method were used to observe the inactivation effect of PPm SCP on ASFV.Results The PPm SCP solution with a concentration of 1000 mg/L was used for 5 min,and ASFV in suspension could be effectively inactivated.Conclusion PPm SCP has a good inactivation effect on ASFV,and can be used as an effective disinfectant for preventing and controlling African swine fever in pig farms.
