氰尿酸水解新工艺创新研究

摘要 对目前国内传统氰尿酸水解生产工艺进行颠覆创新。采用一种新型设备,采用与传统的工艺路线不同的新工艺,利用微化学原理,降低原料粒径,提高反应速度,以达到缩小反应装置,减少投资,提高装置安全系数的目的。采用设备的小型化,使装置更加安全、清洁,设备采用常压操作,减少了工人的操作强度和改善了工作环境,优化了操作过程,实现了人、机、料、法、环的有机统一,对于氰尿酸的水解精制生产有较重大的推广价值。 The traditional cyanuric acid hydrolysis production process in China was subverted and innovated.Through adopting a new type of equipment,a new process different from the traditional one,and using the principle of microchemistry,the particle size of raw materials was reduced,and increasing reaction speed.In order to reduce the reactor and disinvestment,raising device purpose of safety factor.Because of miniaturization of equipment,the device is safer,and cleaner.The equipment was operated under normal pressure,the labor intensity was reduced,working environment was improved,operation process was optimized to realize the organic unity of human,machine,material,method and environment.It has a great promotion value for hydrolysis and refining of cyanuric acid.
