摘要
目的探讨肝硬化伴消化道出血患者予以优质护理的效果。方法随机抽样法选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院80例肝硬化伴消化道出血患者。随机数字表法分组:对照组(40例)予以常规护理,研究组(40例)予以优质护理。比较干预效果。结果研究组止血时间短于对照组(t=14.604,P=0.000),住院时间短于对照组(t=22.467,P=0.000),SAS评分低于对照组(t=8.657,P=0.000),SDS评分低于对照组(t=14.736,P=0.000);研究组并发症发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(20.00%)(χ^2=4.507,P=0.033)。结论肝硬化伴消化道出血患者中应用优质护理可缩短疗程,调节患者心理状态,预防相关并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 80 cases of cirrhosis with gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected by random sampling method.Random number table method grouping:control group(40 cases)were given routine care,study group(40 cases)to quality care.To compare the effect of intervention.Results Hemostasis time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(t=14.604,P=0.000),hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(t=22.467,P=0.000),SAS score was lower than that in the control group(t=8.657,P=0.000),and SDS score was lower than that in the control group(t=14.736,P=0.000);The incidence of complications in the study group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(χ^2=4.507,P=0.033).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis and gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the course of treatment,adjust the psychological state of patients,and prevent related complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
