摘要
目的研究针对坠积性肺炎患者实施支气管镜治疗的临床应用价值效果。方法随机抽取2018年2月13日至2019年2月13日在我院接受治疗的60例坠积性肺炎的患者,通过不规律抽签的方法选出30例患者为对照组,30例患者为实验组。实验组患者实施支气管镜治疗联合头孢噻肟钠+左氧配合治疗,对照组患者实施头孢噻肟联合左氧进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的临床治疗有效率以及住院时间差异。结果对照组患者治疗后,有22例患者治疗有效,有8例患者治疗无效,临床治疗有效率达到73%,实验组患者治疗后,有29例患者治疗有效,有1例患者治疗无效,临床治疗有效率达到97%(P<0.05);对照组患者的住院时间明显长于实验组患者的住院时间(P<0.05)。结论针对坠积性肺炎患者实施支气管镜治疗具有良好的临床应用价值效果,能够有效改善患者的临床疾病情况,提高临床治疗有效率,有利于缩短患者的住院时间,具有良好的临床推广价值。
Objective To study on hypostatic pneumonia patients,the clinical application value of bronchoscope treatment effect.Methods Randomly on February 13,2018 to February 13,2019 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 60 patients with hypostatic pneumonia,selected by the method of irregular draw as the control group,30 patients as the experimental group 30 patients.Experimental implementation of bronchoscope treatment combined cefotaxime sodium+left oxygen together with treatment,control group with implementation of cefotaxime joint left oxygen treatment.Compared two groups of patients after treatment of the clinical efficient and the length of time difference.Results In the control group patients after treatment,22 patients with effective treatment,there are eight patients treatment is invalid,clinical treatment efficiency reached 73%,the experimental group patients after treatment,there are 29 patients with effective treatment,1 patient treatment is invalid,the clinical efficiency of 97%(P<0.05);Control group patients hospitalized time significantly longer than the experimental group patients'length of hospital stay(P<0.05).Conclusion On hypostatic pneumonia patients bronchoscopy treatment has good clinical value effect,can effectively improve the patient's clinical disease situation,effectively improve the clinical treatment,is conducive to shorten the hospitalization time of patients and has good clinical value.
