摘要
目的观察"新金三角"方案在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选取2018年4月-2018年11月慢性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为两组:观察组30例,诺欣妥联合β-block、螺内酯抗心衰治疗,对照组30例,贝那普利联合β-block、螺内酯抗心衰治疗,统计分析两组患者的血清NT-proBNP水平、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、临床疗效、再住院、病死情况。结果观察组患者的血清NT-proBNP水平、LVEDD、LVESD均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率90.0(27/30)显著高于对照组73.3(22/30)(P<0.05),再住院率、病死率13.3(4/30)、3.3(1/30)均显著低于对照组26.7(8/30)、13.3(4/30)(P<0.05)。结论"新金三角"方案在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果好。
Objective To observe the effect of"New Golden Triangle"in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from April 2018 to November 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups:one group were treated with norhingtol combined with beta-block and spironolactone(observation group,30 cases),the other group were treated with benazepril combined with beta-block and spironolactone(control group,30 cases).The serum NT-proBNP levels,LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,LVEF,clinical efficacy,re-hospitalization and mortality of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The serum NT-proBNP,LVEDD and LVESD levels of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the LVEF was significantly higher(P<0.05),the total treatment effective rate 90.0(27/30)was significantly higher than the control group 73.3(22/30)(P<0.05),the re-hospitalization rate,mortality rate 13.3(4/30),3.3(1/30)were significantly lower than the control group 26.7(8/30),13.3(4/30)(P<0.05).Conclusions The new Golden Triangle is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.
