日粮添加屎肠球菌对肉仔鸡生长性能、抗氧化及免疫能力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮添加屎肠球菌(Enterococcus faecium)对肉仔鸡生长性能、抗氧化和免疫能力的影响。试验选择240只鸡,分为4组,每组3个重复。对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在对照组日粮基础上补充屎肠球菌1×10^6 CFU/kg(B组)、1×10^8CFU/kg(C组)和1×10^10CFU/kg(D组)。结果显示,与对照组相比,日粮添加1×10^8和1×10^10CFU/kg的屎肠球菌显著增加肉仔鸡在22~42 d时的平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),降低肉仔鸡料重比(F/G)(P<0.05),提高了肉仔鸡42 d时血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平(P<0.05);日粮添加1×10^8和1×10^10CFU/kg的屎肠球菌显著增加了试验期内肉仔鸡血清中IgG含量(P<0.05),显著增加了肉仔鸡42 d时法氏囊、脾脏和胸腺指数(P<0.05)。综上所述,在肉仔鸡日粮中添加屎肠球菌有助于提高肉仔鸡的生长性能。添加屎肠球菌增强了肉仔鸡抗氧化和免疫能力。在本试验中日粮推荐添加剂量为添加1×10^8 CFU/kg,效果最佳。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of Enterococcus faecium on growth performance, antioxidant and immune ability of broilers. The experiment chose 240 chickens which were invided into four groups, with three replicates in each group. The control group(group A) was fed with basic diet, and treatment groups was supplemented with Enterococcus faecium 1×10^6 CFU/kg(group B), 1×10^8 CFU/kg(group C) and 1×10^10 CFU/kg(group D). The results showed that supplementation of Enterococcus faecium with 1×10^8 and 1×10^10 CFU/kg in diet significantly increased ADG and decreased F/G of broilers in 22~42 d compared with control broilers(P<0.05);the levels of GSH-Px, SOD and T-AOC(P<0.05) in serum of broilers were also significantly increased. The concentrations of IgG were high in the serum of broilers treated with 1×10^8 and 1×10^10 CFU/kg Enterococcus faecium in the experimental period(P<0.05);the bursa, spleen and thymus index of broilers were higher for broilers treated with 1×10^8 and 1×10^10 CFU/kg Enterococcus faecium at 42 d(P<0.05). In conclusion, supplementation of Enterococcus faecium to broiler diet is beneficial for improving growth performance. The addition of Enterococcus faecium enhanced the antioxidant and immune ability of broilers. In the experiment, the best additive was 1×10^8 CFU/kg.
