摘要
为了研究不同日粮配方对西杂公牛生产性能及血清生化指标的影响,试验选择健康的西杂公牛30头,随机分成3组,每组10头。各组试验牛饲喂不同配方的日粮,进行两个阶段的育肥试验。结果表明,在整个育肥阶段,Ⅰ组平均日增重(ADG)最高,且与Ⅲ组之间差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅰ组料重比(F/G)极显著低于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(P<0.01);增重成本Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组均极显著低于Ⅲ组;Ⅰ组日增重效益最高,且与Ⅲ组之间差异极显著(P<0.01);Ⅰ组体斜长增长量最高,且与Ⅲ组之间差异极显著(P<0.01),Ⅰ组管围增长量极显著高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组(P<0.01);Ⅰ组血清中葡萄糖含量分别比Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组高8.74%(P>0.05)、19.88%(P<0.05),Ⅲ组血清中尿素氮含量分别比Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组高14.63%(P>0.05)、21.63%(P<0.05)。按照NRC肉牛营养需要配制的高营养水平日粮具有较好的育肥效果,说明肉牛体重在500~700 kg生长阶段,饲喂全株玉米青贮+苜蓿干草+玉米+小麦麸+浓缩料型日粮(A组配方),饲料转化率高、节本增效效果好。
In order to study the effect of different dietary ratios on the production performance and serum biochemical indexes of simmental hybrid bull, 30 healthy simmental hybrid bull were selected and randomly divided into three groups with ten bulls in each group. Each group of experimental cattle was fed with different feed formulas, and two stages of fattening experiments were performed. The results indicated that, during the whole fattening stage, experimental cattle ADG in group I was the highest, there was extremely significant difference between group I and group III(P<0.01), and F/G in group I was significantly lower than that in group II and group III(P<0.01). The weight increase cost of group I and group II was extremely significantly lower than that of group III. The daily weight gain benefit of group I was the highest, there was extremely significant difference between group I and group III(P<0.01). The growth of body oblique length in group I was the highest, and there was extremely significant difference between group I and group III(P<0.01), and the growth of circumference of cannon bone was significantly higher than that in group II(P<0.01) and group III(P<0.01). The serum glucose content in group I was 8.74% higher than that in group II(P>0.05) and 19.88% higher than that in group III(P<0.05), while the serum urea nitrogen content in group III was 14.63% higher than that in group I(P>0.05) and 21.63% higher than that in group II (P<0.05). The high nutrient level diet prepared according to the nutritional requirements of NRC beef cattle had a better fattening effect. It indicated that the weight of beef cattle was in the growth stage between 500 kg and 700 kg, and the diet formula fed to group A(whole corn silage + alfalfa hay + corn +wheat bran + concentrated material) had a high conversion rate and a better effect of saving cost and increasing efficiency.
