摘要
围绕"互联网+梯级扬水"的建设思路,基于电子政务网络使用VPN技术,在西北扬黄灌溉工程中,研究构建专用虚拟数据传输通道,实现泵站自动化远程监控的各类不同业务数据,在同一物理通道的安全可靠传输,并对梯级泵站的调度中心远程控制应用情况进行研究。研究结论表明:基于电子政务公网的调度级泵站自动化监控,能实时远程监视泵站的运行数据和报警信息,满足对泵站机电设备的远程控制安全、数据信息传输的更新率,设备控制的可靠性和延时性等方面的应用要求,在泵站远程监控方面具有较好的应用推广价值。
Focusing on the construction thoughts of“internet+cascade water lifting”,based on E-government network using VPN technology,the article studies the construction of dedicated virtual data transmission channel in Northwest Yellow River irrigation project,and realizes various kinds of business data automatically monitored by the pump station,and transmitted safely and reliably in the same physical corridor.The research results show that the automatic monitoring of the dispatching pump station based on the E-government public network can monitor the operation data and alarm information of the pump station in real time and remotely,meet the application requirements of the remote control safety of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the pump station,the update rate of the data information transmission,the reliability and delay of the equipment control,etc.,and has good application and promotion value in the remote monitoring of the pump station.
