摘要
黑色旅游作为一种“另类”的旅游形式,具有比“寻常”旅游形式更加丰富的情感体验。在黑色旅游日渐为大众关注和接受的今天,其理论研究却相对滞后。以侵华日军第七三一罪证陈列馆为研究对象,基于携程、百度旅游、马蜂窝3家旅游网的线上点评数据,通过文本分析与扎根理论相结合的方式进行质性研究,并构建了黑色旅游目的地形象的感知模型。结果表明:(1)本研究将黑色旅游目的地的感知形象划分包括9个一级类目和30个二级类目的分析体系;(2)到访者对参观动机、基础设施、情感态度、价值评估这四个类目感知程度最深;(3)情感形象在黑色旅游目的地的感知形象中占绝对比重,并贯穿于游览的全过程。
Dark tourism,as an“alternative”form of tourism,had a richer emotional experience than the“ordinary”form of tourism.Today,dark tourism was increasingly concerned and accepted by the public,but its theoretical research was relatively lagging behind.Taking the Exhibits of Evidences of Crimes Committed by Unit 731 of the Japanese Imperial Army as the research object,based on the online review data of Ctrip,Baidu Tourism and Mafengwo,a qualitative research was carried out through the combination of text analysis and grounded theory,and a perception model of dark tourism destination image was constructed.The results showed that:(1)this study divided the perception image of dark tourism destinations into 9 first-level categories and 30 second-level categories;(2)visitors were most aware of the four categories of motivation,infrastructure,emotional attitude,and value assessment;(3)the emotional image accounted for an absolute proportion in the perception image of the dark tourism destination and ran through the whole process of the tour.
