秦山第二核电厂汽动辅助给水泵超速保护逻辑及系统维护

摘要 汽动辅助给水泵是保证机组安全的重要设备之一,因其高转速的特性,为保证设备及人身安全,应用了几种超速脱扣保护逻辑。本文详细阐述了超速保护的工作原理,并对机组间的系统改进进行对比,提出改进对系统运行带来的优势。另外,通过对工作过程中遇到的典型缺陷进行分析、总结,为系统维护提供一定的借鉴,有利于机组的稳定运行。 Auxiliary steam feed pump is one of the important equipment to assure the safety of units,because of its high speed characteristics,in order to ensure the equipment and personal safety,the application of several kinds of overspeed trip protection logic.This paper expounds the working principle of the overspeed protection,comparing between the unit and system improvement,to improve the advantage of the system operation.In addition based on working process of the typical defects are analyzed and summarized,Provide certain reference for system maintenance,conducive to the stable operation of the unit.
