摘要
本文对屏蔽双绞式自给能探测器性能测试方法作出详细说明,主要包括尺寸检查、绝缘测试、连续性测试、电容测试、目视检测、泄漏检测、液体渗透检测、涡流检测、射线检测、水压试验等。其中,目视检测、泄漏检测、液体渗透检测、涡流检测、射线检测为无损检测项目,对无损检测人员的资质有一定的要求。探测器按以下检测项目进行检测验收,尺寸检查需符合尺寸偏差要求;绝缘电阻测试,其常温绝缘和高温绝缘符合要求;探测器信号芯线与发射体要保持电连续性;目视检测,所有焊缝不允许有裂纹、未焊透、表面气孔、母材溶蚀(针对钎焊)等缺陷;泄漏检测,氦气泄漏率不大于技术要求;液体渗透检测,焊缝不能出现不可接受的缺陷;涡流检测,无报警信号或缺陷记录幅度低于标准报警幅度;射线检测,在射线照相底片上不能有不符合标准要求的焊缝缺陷;水压试验无泄漏。
This article gives a detailed description of the performance testing methods of shielded twisted pair Self-Powered Neutron Detector(SPND),including dimensional inspection,insulation testing,continuity testing,capacitance testing,visual testing,leak testing,penetration testing,eddy current testing,and ray testing,water pressure testing,etc.Among these,visual testing,leak testing,penetration testing,eddy current testing,and ray testing are non-destructive testing items,which have certain requirements for the qualification of non-destructive testing personnel.The SPND is tested and accepted according to the following testing items,and the dimensional inspection needs to meet the dimensional deviation requirements;the insulation resistance testing,its normal temperature insulation and high temperature insulation meet the requirements;the SPND signal line and the emitter must maintain electrical continuity;visual testing,the welded joint is not allowed to have any gas pores and cracks;leak testing,helium leakage rate is not greater than technical requirements;penetration testing,welded joints must not have unacceptable defects;eddy current testing,there is no alarm signal or the defect recording range is lower than the standard alarm range;ray testing,there should be no welded joints defects on the radiographic film that do not meet the requirements of the standard;there is no leakage in the water pressure testing.
