摘要
过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征是反复发作的呼吸道过敏性疾病,发病时存在过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘两种症状,是同一种疾病在呼吸道的两种不同表现。导师陈宪海教授分析过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征(Combined Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome,CARAS)的核心病机属本虚感邪、痰浊内蕴,针对核心病机,确立通窍定喘、祛风疏表,健脾化痰的肺鼻同治治疗思路,组成通窍定喘汤,加减运用治疗过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征取得了良好的临床效果。
The instructor Professor Chen Xianhai analyzed that the core pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome are Benxu Ganxie(本虚感邪)and Tanzhuo Neiyun(痰浊内蕴).According to the core pathogenesis,Tongqiao Dingchuan(通窍定喘),Qufeng Shubiao(祛风疏表),Jianpi Huatan(健脾化痰)are applied.And the Tongyu Dingchuan decoction is made,with good efficiency on allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome.
