摘要
入河排污口规范整治是水污染防治、落实河湖管理要求的重要基础性工作之一,事关水生态文明建设大局。在惠州市入河排污口调查摸底工作成果的基础上,系统分析了入河排污口现状存在的主要问题,提出相应的规范整治措施,该成果可为惠州市全面推进入河排污口规范整治、决胜水污染防治攻坚战、促进水资源可持续利用提供参考。
Regulating the discharge outlet is one of the important basic works for the prevention and control of water pollution and the implementation of the management requirements of rivers and lakes,which is related to the overall situation of the construction of water ecological civilization.On the basis of the results of investigation and investigation of the river outfalls in Huizhou,the paper systematically analyzes the main problems existing in the current situation of the river outfalls,and puts forward the corresponding regulatory measures,which can provide reference for Huizhou to comprehensively promote the regulation of the river outfalls,win the battle of water pollution prevention and control,and promote the sustainable use of water resources.
