摘要
在API标准螺纹加工中使用成型梳刀,属于成形加工。切屑在管体高速旋转过程中容易在螺纹表面缠绕,从而造成已加工螺纹表面的划伤和成型梳刀刃崩缺,严重影响螺纹加工的质量和效率。从加工机床、原材料、加工方法等方面进行分析,并根据分析结果对刀具齿形结构和各齿形切削分配负荷进行再优化设计。在数控车丝机床进行多次试验后,得出合理的齿形结构设计。刀具的断排屑效果明显提升,划伤不合格率由0.81%降至0.4%,生产效率也同步提升。
In the processing of API standard thread,due to the use of molding comb processing,it belongs to forming processing.Chip is easy to wind on the surface of thread in the process of high-speed rotation of pipe body,resulting in scratches on the surface of processed thread and the blade of molding comb is missing,which seriously affects the quality and efficiency of thread processing.The tube machine,raw material,processing method are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the design of the cutter tooth structure and the distribution of tooth cutting load are optimized.The silk machine tests are done many times with numerical control car to get the reasonable structure of tooth profile design.The effect of breaking chip removal of cutter is promoted,the cut fraction defective is reduced from 0.81%to 0.4%,the production efficiency is also improved.
