摘要
食品检验与人民生活息息相关。农药、兽药残留、致病微生物残留等问题使得食品安全问题日益严峻,因此选择和规范食品检验方法很有必要。本文主要结合食品检验现状,针对食品检验方法的特点对方法进行选择,进一步探究了我国食品检验的规范性。
Food inspection is closely related to people’s lives.With pesticides,veterinary drug residues,pathogenic microorganism residues,and other issues,food safety issues become increasingly serious,so the choice of food inspection methods and standardized detection methods are necessary.This article mainly selected methods based on the characteristics of current food inspection methods based on the current status of food inspection,and further explores the standardization of food inspection in China.
