摘要 目的探究损伤控制在骨科下肢创伤临床急救中的应用效果。方法将2016年12月-2018年12月期间在本院接受诊治的240例骨科下肢创伤患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分至两组,研究组患者实施损伤控制处理,对照组患者仅实施常规创伤处理,治疗结束后,对两组患者治疗效果和并发症发生率进行调查。结果研究组患者治疗显效率(71.67%)和总有效率(94.17%)显著高于对照组患者治疗显效率(37.50%)和总有效率(77.50%),数据经检验具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中感染患者17例,骨不连患者2例,呼吸窘迫患者0例,并发症发生率为15.83%,对照组中感染患者42例,骨不连患者12例,呼吸窘迫患者13例,并发症发生率为55.83%,数据经检验具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者住院治疗时间为(30.53±7.23)天,对照组患者住院治疗时间为(50.22±9.40)天,数据经检验具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在骨科下肢创伤临床急救中实施损伤控制,对于提高患者治疗效果、降低患者并发症发生率具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the application effect of injury control in clinical emergency treatment of orthopedics lower extremity trauma.Methods 240 patients with orthopedic trauma of lower extremity who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the study group were treated with injury control,and the patients in the control group were only routine.Trauma treatment,after treatment,the treatment effect and the incidence of complications were investigated.Results The effective rate of treatment(71.67%)and total effective rate(94.17%)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(37.50%)and total effective rate(77.50%).The data were statistically significant(P<0.05);In the study group,17 patients were infected,2 patients with nonunion,0 patients with respiratory distress,and the complication rate was 15.83%.There were 42 patients in the control group,12 patients with nonunion,and 13 patients with respiratory distress.The complication rate was 55.83%,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the study group was(30.53±7.23)days,and the hospitalization time of the control group was(50.22±9.40)days.The data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical emergency treatment of orthopedics lower extremity trauma,it is important to improve the treatment effect of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
