摘要
在无线功率传输系统中,接收天线整流电路的传输效率受输入功率、频率及负载变化的影响,为此设计了一种带有平衡微带耦合器的整流电路。仿真结果表明,当输入功率在8~15 dBm范围内时,该电路转换效率超过70%,最高效率为80%;转换效率在频率为2.25~2.61 GHz范围内超过70%;在负载为150~1600Ω范围内超过60%。与普通整流电路相比,本文提出的整流电路能够在更宽的输入功率、频带及负载范围实现高效率传输。
The conversion efficiency of the receiving antenna rectifying circuit in the Wireless Power Transmission(WPT)system is affected by the input power,frequency and load variation.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a rectification circuit with a balanced microstrip coupler.The simulation results show that when the input power is in the range of 8-15 dBm,the conversion efficiency of the circuit exceeds 70%,the highest efficiency is 80%;the conversion efficiency is over 70%in the frequency of 2.25-2.61 GHz and over 60%with the load of 150-1600Ω.Compared with common rectifier circuits,it can achieve high efficiency transmission in a wider range of input power,frequency and load,and has a broader application prospect.
