试论食品生产许可证现场审查要点

摘要 食品安全问题直接影响者消费者的身体健康,一直是国家重点关注的问题。食品生产许可证现场审查是保护消费者权益,监督食品生产企业的重要措施。但现场审查内容复杂,本文对食品生产许可证现场审查要点进行研究,从食品生产许可证现场审查的准备工作、审查过程记录、审查技术应用及现场审查的意义方面对现场审查的要点进行总结。 Food safety issues directly affect the health of consumers,and have been the country’s key concerns.Onsite review of food production permits is the important measures of defense to protect consumer rights and supervise food production enterprises.However,the content of the on-site review is complicated.Therefore,this article studies the main points of the on-site review of the food safety permit.The on-site review is based on the preparation of the on-site review of the food production permit,the records and technical applications in the review process,and the significance of the on-site review The main points are summarized.
