摘要
近年来,随着人工智能技术日趋成熟,人工智能机器人技术作为促进图书馆信息服务智慧化的重要手段,在图书馆领域的应用逐步规模化。文章以国家图书馆数字图书馆体验区为例,探索人工智能技术在体验区的应用,阐述国家图书馆首个人工智能机器人的开发设计思路及人脸识别、引导讲解、书籍检索、读者信息查询、智能问答等功能的实现,以期为人工智能技术在图书馆中的应用研究提供一定参考价值。
In recent years,as the development of artificial intelligence technology has matured,the technology of arti ficial intelligence robot,as an important means to promote the intelligence of library information services,has become more large-scale in the field of library applications.Taking the Digital Library Experience Zone in National Library of China as an example,the article explores the application of artificial intelligence technology in the experience zone,and expounds the development and design ideas of the first artificial intelligence robot of National Library of China and the realization of functions such as face recognition,guided explanation,book retrieval,reader information query,and intelligent question answering,in order to provide a certain reference for the application research of artificial intelligence technology in the library.
