摘要
利用聚乙二醇单甲醚和过量的环氧树脂反应原位制备活性乳化剂,未反应的环氧树脂在加水后可以被乳化成水性环氧树脂乳液。当聚乙二醇单甲醚占环氧树脂质量的20%时,可以得到粒径为0.7μm、粘度为420mpa·s、在5000rpm转速下离心稳定的水性环氧树脂乳液。利用该乳液制备水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆,研究了砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度以及抗裂性能。结果表明,聚灰比为15%时抗压强度达到最大值62 MPa,抗折强度达14 MPa;当聚灰比≥10%才能满足抗裂性能的要求。
Some reactive emulsifier is prepared in situ by reacting polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether with an excess of epoxy resin.Unreacted epoxy resin can be emulsified into an aqueous epoxy resin emulsion after adding water.When polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether accounts for 20%of the epoxy resin mass,an aqueous epoxy emulsion having a particle diameter of 0.7μm,a viscosity of 420 mpa·s,and centrifugal stability at a speed of 5000 rpm can be obtained.The water-based epoxy resin emulsion was incorporated into cement mortar,and the compressive strength,flexural strength,and crack resistance were studied.The results show that the compressive strength reaches a maximum of 62 MPa and the flexural strength reaches 14 MPa when the polymer-cement ratio is 15%;the polymer-cement ratio≥10%can meet the requirements of crack resistance.
