摘要
利用X射线荧光光谱技术进行地质的分析不仅不会破坏测试样品的完整性,同时还提升了测定结果的准确程度,操作起来更加简便,成本更低,速度更快,现在在我国已经得到了广泛的应用.本文主要说明了X射线荧光光谱分析法的基本原理,指出了X射线荧光光谱技术在地质分析当中的应用和X射线荧光光谱新技术的发展以及应用.
Using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry for geological analysis will not only not destroy the integrity of the test sample,but also improve the accuracy of the test results.It is easier to operate,cheaper and faster.Now it has been widely used in China.This paper mainly describes the basic principle of XRF,and points out the application of XRF in geological analysis and the development and application of new XRF technology.
