摘要
利用聚氨酯预聚物对环氧树脂进行增韧改性,选择通过KH550偶联处理的纳米SiO2和微米SiC增强改性聚合物,明显地改善了涂层的机械性能和抗蚀抗磨性能,制备的复合材料其涂层抗拉强度大于60MPa,抗压强度大于90MPa,抗剪强度大于30MPa,磨耗值小于0.007g,耐多种介质腐蚀,耐液相温度大于100℃,气相温度大于150℃.制备的材料用于渣浆泵的修复,修复后的备件使用时间与原备件使用周期相当,修复费用仅为原备件的60%,成本优势明显.
Toughening and modification of epoxy resin with polyurethane prepolymer,choosing nano-SiO2 and micro-SiC enhanced modified polymer through KH550 coupling treatment,obviously improved the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coating,preparation The composite material has a coating tensile strength greater than 60MPa,compressive strength greater than 90MPa,shear strength greater than 30MPa,wear value less than 0.007g,corrosion resistance to multiple media,liquid phase temperature resistance greater than 100°C,and gas phase temperature greater than 150°C.The prepared material is used for the repair of the slurry pump.The service time of the repaired spare parts is equivalent to that of the original spare parts.The repair cost is only 60%of the original spare parts,and the cost advantage is obvious.
