摘要
巴陵石化#7机投产运行已将近20年,目前机组存在结构安全隐患及经济性能差等问题。通过对汽轮机进行通流部分改造,解决了因机组原始设计不足及运行老化带来的不安全和经济性差的问题。改造过程中,对汽轮机通流部分重新进行热力优化、气动优化设计,更换了转子、叶片、隔板、汽封等核心通流部件。改造后,机组运行安全性和经济性显著提高。
The#7 steam turbine in Baling Petrochemical was put into operation 20 years ago,and had problems of structural safety and low efficiency caused by the inadequacy in original design and the aging in service.These problems have been solved by retrofitting the flow passage of the steam turbine,in which the thermodynamic and aerodynamic design was re-optimized for the flow passage of the turbine,and the core parts in the flow passage such as rotor,blade,separator and steam seal were replaced.After the retrofitting,the operation safety and efficiency of the#7 steam turbine are significantly improved.
