摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,各行业领域逐渐实现了数字化管理.高校实现档案的数字化管理,能够在节约人力资源的基础上,有效提升档案管理工作的效率和质量.本文首先分析了高校当前档案管理数字化发展中面临的问题,之后提出了有效的解决对策,充分发挥互联网技术的优势作用,节约高校档案管理的成本和空间,推动高校向着高等教育国际化趋势发展,有效提高我国高校的管理水平.
With the rapid development of science and technology, digital management has been gradually realized in various industries. The digital management of archives in Colleges and universities can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of archives management on the basis of saving human resources. This paper first analyzes the problems in the current digital development of university archives management, and then puts forward effective solutions, giving full play to the advantages of Internet technology, saving the cost and space of university archives management, promoting the development of universities towards the internationalization of higher education, and effectively improving the management level of universities in China.
