摘要 为了解决碳/碳复合材料预制体单边双针缝合过程中,由于钩线针针钩朝向问题出现漏钩、误钩,导致无法继续缝合等问题,针对现有工艺缺陷对单边双针缝合工艺进行了优化改进,改变钩线环钩线方式、钩线针针钩朝向,并增加拨线机构;采用单边双针缝合装置进行工艺改进前后对比实验,验证改进后的缝合工艺可避免漏钩、误钩问题的发生.指出:单边双针缝合技术是对碳/碳复合材料预制体进行加工生产的关键技术,单边双针缝合工艺改进后,可直接采用碳纤维进行缝合,不仅保证缝合连续稳定,也增强了材料性能. In order to solve the problems such as missing hook and wrong hook caused by the di-rection of hook needle in the process of single-side double-needle stitching of carbon/carbon composite preform,which leads to problems such as unable to continue stitching,the single-side double-needle stitching process is optimized and improved according to the existing process de-fects,changing the mode of hook loop and the needle hook orientation of hook needle,and adding the plucking mechanism.The contrast experiment before and after the process improve-ment are carried out with single-side double-needle stitching device,which can verify the im-proved stitching process can avoid the problems of missing hook and wrong hook.It is pointed out that the single-side double-needle stitching technology is the key technology for the produc-tion of carbon/carbon composite preforms,after the process is improved,carbon fiber can be di-rectly used for stitching,which not only ensures the continuous and stable stitching,but also enhances the material perfor mance.
