摘要
为了实现我国农业农村经济社会的全面发展,对新形势下我国农业农村经济社会的基本发展状况进行了介绍:农业综合生产能力大幅提高,农村剩余劳动力开发率稳步提高,农民收入显著提高。指出了新形势下我国农业农村经济社会发展所面临的问题:农业抵御自然灾害的能力下降,生产要素持续发展能力下降,农产品调控能力不足,农民种粮积极性下降。提出了切实可行的对策:正确引导农村剩余劳动力的转移,加强水利建设,增强抗灾能力,大力加强土地资源保护。以期实现我国农业农村经济社会的繁荣稳定,进而为社会稳定、经济发展奠定坚实基础。
In order to achieve the comprehensive development of China’s agricultural and rural economic society,the basic development of China’s agricultural and rural economic society under the new situation is introduced:the agricultural comprehensive production capacity has increased significantly,the rural surplus labor development rate has steadily increased,and the farmers’income has increased significantly.It points out the problems faced by China’s agricultural and rural economic and social development under the new situation:agriculture’s ability to withstand natural disasters declines,its ability to continuously develop production factors declines,its ability to regulate agricultural products is insufficient,and farmers’enthusiasm for growing grain declines.Practicable countermeasures are put forward:correctly guide the transfer of rural surplus labor,strengthen water conservancy construction,enhance disaster resistance,vigorously strengthen land resource protection,achieve the prosperity and stability of China’s agricultural and rural economy,and lay a solid foundation for social stability and economic development.
