摘要
为了从根本上强化建筑工程管理工作,提高建筑工程质量与水平,推动建筑工程领域又好又快地发展,指出了建筑工程管理工作中存在的问题:建筑工程管理体制不健全、不完善,不重视建筑工程的核算工作。分析了影响建筑工程管理工作水平提高的因素,如材料因素、人为因素、设备因素、环境因素等。提出了提高建筑工程管理工作质量的对策:应完善建筑工程管理体制,健全和优化建筑工程管理组织机构,创新管理理念和管理方式。
In order to fundamentally strengthen the management of construction works,improve the quality and level of construction works,and promote the good and fast development of the field of construction works,the problems in the management of construction works are pointed out:the construction works management system is not sound and perfect,and no attention is paid to the accounting of construction works.The factors that affect the improvement of the management level of construction work such as material factors,human factors,equipment factors,environmental factors,etc.were analyzed.Measures to improve the quality of construction project management are proposed:the construction project management system should be improved,the construction project management organization should be improved and optimized,and management concepts and management methods should be innovated.
