摘要
为提高生产资源的实际配置效率,提升我国制造行业自动化技术的应用水平,基于节能理念,提出了在机械自动化生产环节贯彻节能设计原则的有效途径。应合理规划,优化机械生产的设计流程,科学选择节能制造材料。协调自动化生产的生态效益与经济效益,在环保理念的指导下,选择生产制造工艺,优化机械生产的设计流程。
In order to improve the actual allocation efficiency of production resources and the application level of automation technology in China’s manufacturing industry,based on the concept of energy saving,an effective way to implement energy-saving design principles in the process of mechanical automation production is proposed.Reasonable planning,optimization of the design process of mechanical production,and scientific selection of energy-saving manufacturing materials.Coordinate the ecological and economic benefits of automated production.Under the guidance of environmental protection concepts,select manufacturing processes and optimize the design process of mechanical production.
