摘要
为促进现代学徒制的发展,展开了基于生产性实训校区的现代学徒制探索实践,提出应选择合适的企业、共同构建现代学徒制教育教学大纲。以某职业技术学院的电子工程系为例,对现代学徒人才培养模式的特点进行分析,指出专业与所选企业必须相对接,课程内容与职业标准相对接,教学过程和生产过程要高度对接,采用灵活的教育教学管理模式,教师和技师应对学生进行跟踪指导,以促进现代学徒制的综合高效发展。
In order to promote the development of modern apprenticeship,the exploration and practice of modern apprenticeship based on productive training campuses was launched,and it was proposed that appropriate enterprises should be selected to jointly build a modern syllabus for apprenticeship education.Taking the electronic engineering department of a vocational and technical college as an example,the characteristics of the modern apprenticeship training model are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the major must be connected with the selected enterprise,the course content should be connected with the professional standard,and the teaching process and production process must be highly connected.A flexible education and teaching management model should be adopted.Teachers and technicians track and guide students to promote the comprehensive and efficient development of modern apprenticeship.
