摘要 针对在役GIS穿墙分支母线漏气问题,从壳体材质及服役环境角度分析了漏气的原因。采用电化学测试的方法研究了壳体用5083铝合金在碱性混凝土孔隙模拟液中的腐蚀性能。提出了不停电胶接漏气封堵技术,并制作了分支母线穿墙防护套管。实践表明,所采用的封堵技术和防护套管可有效解决运行过程中GIS穿墙分支母线漏气问题,并对壳体提供良好的腐蚀防护。 Aiming at the problem of gas leakage in the through-wall branch buses of in-service GIS,the causes of gas leakage were analyzed from the perspective of the shell material and service environment.Corrosion performance of 5083 aluminum alloy used in the shell in the pore simulation liquid of alkaline concrete was studied by electrochemical test.An uninterruptible adhesive gas leak plugging technology was proposed,and a branch bus bar through-wall protective sleeve was made.Practice showed that the adopted plugging technology and protective sleeve could effectively solve the problem of gas leakage in the GIS through-wall branch bus during operation,and provide good corrosion protection for the shell.
