摘要
X光机参数的选择对采用X射线可视化检测电缆缺陷成像质量影响很大。为此对焦距、曝光量、管电压、管电流、射线源尺寸等因素进行了讨论,并对这些因素的具体适用数值进行了计算和分析。研究结果表明,适当增大焦距、适中选取管电流、适当增大管电压,可提高检测灵敏度,改善成像质量,有利于提高检测的可靠性。
The selection of X-ray machine parameters has a great influence on the image quality and detection sensitivity of X-ray visualization detection of cable defects.The focus distance,exposure,tube voltage,tube current and source size were discussed,and the specific applicable values of these influencing factors were calculated and analyzed in this paper.The research results showed that properly increasing the focal length,properly selecting the tube current,and appropriately increasing the tube voltage could increase detection sensitivity,improve imaging quality,and help improve detection reliability.
