应用高压氧联合盐酸法舒地尔治疗脑损伤的临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨应用高压氧联合盐酸法舒地尔治疗脑损伤的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月收治的80例脑损伤患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予盐酸法舒地尔治疗,观察组给予高压氧联合盐酸法舒地尔治疗。比较2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。比较2组治疗前后的血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶-1(SOD-1)、内皮素(ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平以及日常生活活动(ADL)、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清SOD-1水平显著高于对照组,MDA、ET及AngⅡ水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组ADL、GCS评分均显著高于对照组,NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧联合盐酸法舒地尔对脑损伤的疗效显著,能够有效改善血清指标、意识障碍和神经功能,提高日常生活能力,且安全性较高。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Fasudil hydrochloride on brain injury.Methods Eighty patients with brain injury admitted from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Fasudil hydrochloride,while the observation group was given hyperbaric oxygen combined with Fasudil hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase-1(SOD-1),endothelin(ET),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),as well as scores of Activity of Daily Living(ADL),Glasgow coma scale(GCS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD-1 level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of MDA,ET and AngⅡwere significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL and GCS scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Fasudil hydrochloride has a significant effect on brain injury,which can effectively improve serum indicators,disturbance of consciousness and nerve function,improve the ADL,and has better safety.
