摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平苹果渣对关中奶山羊生长性能、器官指数和血清生化指标的影响。选取5月龄、体重[(25.87±1.83) kg]相近的健康关中奶山羊公羔40只,随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。各组饲粮中苹果渣添加水平分别为0(对照)、9%、18%和27%。预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1) 18%组的宰前活重最大,且9%和18%组的宰前活重显著高于对照组和27%组(P<0.05);18%组的平均日增重、平均日采食量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);各组之间的料重比差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)对照组和9%、18%组的肝脏指数、肾脏指数显著低于27%组(P<0.05),其中18%组的肝脏指数、肾脏指数最低;9%、18%和27%组的小肠指数、大肠指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中18%组的小肠指数、大肠指数最高。3) 9%、18%和27%组的血清动脉粥样硬化指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其中18%的血清动脉粥样硬化指数最低;9%、18%和27%组的血清总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中18%组的血清总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶活性最高。由此可见,关中奶山羊公羔饲粮中苹果渣的适宜添加水平为18%。
This experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary different supplemental levels of apple pom⁃ace on growth performance,organ indexes and serum biochemical indexes of Guanzhong dairy goats.Forty healthy 5⁃month⁃old male lambs of Guanzhong dairy goat with similar body weight[(25.87±1.83)kg]were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 goat per replicate.The apple pomace supple⁃mental levels in each group were 0(control),9%,18%and 27%,respectively.The pre⁃experiment lasted for 10 days,and the formal experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)the live weight be⁃fore slaughter of 18%group was the highest,and the live weight before slaughter of 9%and 18%groups was significantly higher than that of control group and 27%group(P<0.05);the average daily gain and the aver⁃age daily feed intake of 18%group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05);there was no significantly difference in the ratio of feed to gain among all groups(P>0.05).2)The liver index and kid⁃ney index of control group and 9%,18%groups were significantly lower than those of 27%group(P<0.05),and the liver index and kidney index of 18%group were the lowest;the small intestine index and large intestine index of 9%,18%and 27%groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the small intestine index and large intestine index of 18%group were the highest.3)The serum atherosclerosis index of 9%,18%27%groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ser⁃um atherosclerosis index of 18%group was the lowest;the serum total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dis⁃mutase activity of 9%,18%and 27%groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the serum total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dismutase activity of 18%group were the high⁃est.In conclusion,the suitable dietary supplemental level of apple pomace in male lambs of Guanzhong dairy goats is 18%.
