摘要
目的 探讨本市血液报废的原因及对策.方法 对2014年-2018年血液报废情况进行回顾性调查,并按照检测环节、非检测环节进行统计分析.结果 近5年血液报废率分别为4.54%、4.29%、3.44%、3.31%、3.47%,其中2014年、2015年及2016年差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);检测环节、非检测环节报废率分别为1.41%、2.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中检测环节以ALT报废占较高构成比(0.39%),非检测环节以乳糜报废占较高构成比(1.79%).结论 建立行之有效的沟通反馈机制,动态监控血液报废趋势,持续规范血液采集、制备、检测、储存、发放、运输等过程,对不断提升血液质量,减少血液资源浪费起到积极作用.
Objective To explore the causes and countermeasures of blood scrap in this city.Methods A retrospective investigation was conducted on the blood scrap from 2014 to 2018,and statistical analysis was made according to the detection and non-detection links.Results In the past five years,the scrap rate of blood was 4.54%,4.29%,3.44%,3.31%,3.47%respectively,and there were significant differences in 2014,2015 and 2016(P<0.05),the difference was significant(P<0.05),among which the high proportion of ALT scrap was found in the detection segment(0.39%),and the high proportion of chylous scrap was found in the non-detection segment(1.79%).Conclusion Establishing effective communication and feedback mechanism,dynamically monitoring the trend of blood waste,continuously standardizing the blood collection,preparation,detection,storage,distribution and transportation,plays a positive role in continuously improving the blood quality and reducing the waste of blood resources.
