摘要
为了提高大型高压容器一体化端盖件的成形质量,有必要研究其模锻成形过程中的金属流动规律以及载荷分布规律。采用ANSYS软件仿真分析了某型号端盖件模锻过程中的温度分布、晶粒尺寸分布以及晶粒再结晶分布情况,同时对比分析了内压圈压法兰工艺和外压圈压法兰工艺对锻造质量的影响,为模具结构尺寸的优化提供依据。
In order to improve the forming quality of the integrated end cover of large-scale high-pressure vessel,it is necessary to study the law of metal flow and load distribution in the process of die forging.ANSYS software was used to simulate and analyze the temperature distribution,grain size distribution and grain recrystallization distribution in the process of die forging of a certain type of end cover.At the same time,the internal pressure ring flange process and external pressure ring flange process were compared and analyzed for the influence on forging quality,which can provide basis for the optimization of die structure and dimension.
