改进混沌算法在掘进机电控系统中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对掘进机液压电控系统的非线性、时滞性及掘进负载不可预测性等系列特征问题,提出了一种改进混沌算法的PID优化控制策略,在传统的混沌算法的基础上,引入搜索佳点集局部并行搜索,应用在掘进机液压电控系统PID参数的优化上。仿真结果表明,相比于传统PID控制或模糊PID控制,该算法实现简单、无超调、优化效率高,且能扰动下快速跟踪设定目标值,实现对掘进机液压缸线速度的自适应控制,验证了系统近似建模下算法的可行性与领先性。 Aiming at the problems of nonlinear and time-delay complex system of the hydraulic electric control system of the cantilever roadheader and the unpredictability of the load in the tunnelling,the improved chaos algorithm was proposed to PID optimal control.The improved chaos algorithm is based on the traditional chaos algorithm and introduces the local parallel search of the search best point set,and is applied to the optimization of PID parameters of the hydraulic electric control system of the roadheader.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control or fuzzy PID control,the algorithm is simple,no overshoot,high optimization efficiency,and can quickly track and set the target value under disturbance,realize the adaptive control of the hydraulic cylinder line speed of the roadheader,and verify the feasibility and leadership of the system approximate modeling method.
