阿卡波糖联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察阿卡波糖联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果。方法:选取86例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予格列美脲治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用阿卡波糖治疗。比较两组血糖控制达标率、治疗前后血糖指标水平和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组血糖控制达标率为81.40%(35/43),明显高于对照组的58.14%(25/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各血糖指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合格列美脲治疗T2DM患者,可提高血糖控制达标率和降低血糖指标水平,其效果优于单纯格列美脲治疗效果。 Objective:To observe effect of Acarbose combined with Glimepiride on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:86 patients with T2DM were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each.The control group was given Glimepiride treatment,while the observation group was treated with Acarbose on the basis of that of the control group.The'blood glucose standard-reaching rate,blood glucose index levels before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood glucose control standard-reaching rate in the observation group was 81.40%(35/43),which was significantly higher than the control group of 58.14%(25/43),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).However,after the treatment,the levels of the blood glucose indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Acarbose combined with Glimepiride in the treatment of T2DM patients can improve the blood glucose control standard-reaching rate and reduce the blood glucose index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Glimepiride.
