摘要
新一轮农网改造升级工程是国家稳增长、助推脱贫攻坚、全面建成小康社会的需要。工程档案作为记载鉴定农网工程建设质量责任的重要凭据,既能够真实反映农网工程建设管理水平,也可以对农网工程建设运维评估实施动态管控。文章通过探索对工程档案实施对标管理、数据管控、专业融合,提升档案管理精益服务,构建农网改造升级工程档案管理新模式,为农网后续运维提供坚强保证。
The new round of rural network reconstruction and upgrading project is the requirement for the country to stabilize growth,boost poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in an all round way.As an important credential to record and identify the construction quality responsibility of rural network engineering,engineering archives can not only truly reflect the construction management level,but also implement dynamic control over the evaluation of the construction operation and maintenance of rural network engineering.In this paper,by exploring the implementation of standard management,data control,professional integration of engineering archives and improving the lean service of archives management,a new mode of archives management of rural network transformation and upgrading projects is built to provide a strong guarantee for the subsequent operation and maintenance of rural network.
