摘要
新型冠状病毒疫情对国内社会经济发展造成了重大影响,疫情初期应对不足放大了城市公共卫生体系中存在的各种问题,包括对疫情危害的认识不足、人员流动控制不力、防疫物资储备分配效率不高以及各部门间协调不到位等,给病毒防控带来了巨大挑战。通过大数据信息管理加强人员流动管控,提高防疫物资配置效率,建立各部门之间的系统协调机制,完善了城市公共卫生体系,强化了疫情防控,有助于逐步恢复社会经济秩序。
COVID-19 has major impact on domestic socio-economic development.The inadequate response in early stages of the epidemic had magnified various problems in urban public health system,including insufficient awareness of the harm of the epidemic,poor mobility control,low efficiency distribution of anti-epidemic reserves and inadequate coordination among various departments,which have brought great challenges to virus prevention and control.Strengthening the management of personnel flow through big data information management,improving the efficiency of epidemic prevention materials allocation,and establishing an autonomous coordination mechanism between various departments could improve the urban public health system,strengthen epidemic prevention and control,and restore socio-economic order gradually.
