摘要
为了分析不同检验方法的优缺点,提高对食源性致病菌的检测能力,本文参照英国食品分析实验室质量评估体系(FAPAS)实验室提供的大肠杆菌O157:H7检测作业指导书和GB 4789.36—2016第二法免疫磁珠捕获法对2份样品进行检测,并采用VIDAS 30全自动酶联免疫分析系统和VITEK 2 Compact全自动微生物快速检测分析系统进行检验分析。结果显示,样品编号为M247d11A检出O157:H7,M247d11B未检出O157:H7。由此可知,免疫磁珠法检测大肠杆菌O157:H7相对于常规培养法具有灵敏度高、稳定、准确等优势,在检测中可选择该法并结合VIDAS 30和VITEK 2 Compact进行检测,使结果更加准确。
In order to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of different test methods and improve the detection ability of foodborne pathogens,in this paper,two samples are tested according to the E.coli O157:H7 detection operation guide provided by the UK FAPAS laboratory and GB 4789.36—2016 second method immunomagnetic bead capture method,and the VIDAS 30 automatic enzyme-linked immunoassay system and VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbiological rapid detection and analysis system are used for inspection and analysis.The results show that sample No.M247d11A detected O157:H7,M247d11B did not detect O157:H7.In conclusion,compared with the conventional culture method,the immunomagnetic bead method has the advantages of high sensitivity,stability and accuracy.This method can be selected in combination with VIDAS 30 and VITEK 2 Compact to make the results more accurate and reliable.
