摘要
在隧洞施工过程中,为解决隧洞掘进线路较长、施工组织复杂、隧洞断面小、工期紧工程量大以及炸药用量大等难题,结合福建省平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程闽江竹岐—大樟溪标段的施工实践,在洞身爆破阶段研发了一种水压爆破新技术,以提高工效,缩短工期,节约成本,同时降低施工过程对施工人员健康和周围环境的影响。文章详细阐述了水压爆破的技术原理、工艺流程和操作要点,可供类似超长隧洞爆破施工参考。
The construction practice of Fujian Pingtan and Minjiangkou Water Resources Allocation Project Minjiang Zhuqi-Dazhangxi bidding section is combined to develop a hydraulic blasting new technology in the tunnel blasting stage in the process of tunnel construction in order to solve the difficulties of long tunnel drivage lines,complicated construction organization,small tunnel cross section,short construction period,large construction work quantities,high explosive dosage,etc.,thereby improving the operation efficiency,shortening the construction period,saving cost,and reducing the influence of the construction process on construction personnel health and surrounding environment.The technical principle,process and operation points of water pressure blasting are described in details in the paper,thereby providing reference for similar blasting construction of ultra-long tunnels.
