表象训练法在网球发球技术教学中的研究

摘要 表象训练是在通过观看某一动作训练后,在心理暗示下,主观生动地反复想象这个动作的运动过程,在脑袋中形成动作技能的主观映像,再结合到专项训练,从而有效提高运动技能的训练方法。本文运用文献资料法、对比分析法、数理统计法及实验法对等研究方法,对重庆市新网动俱乐部的青少年进行实验,对网球的学习方法提供有价值的参考。经过此次实验分析,表象训练法结合到发球训练教学过程中,对网球发球技术的稳定性及精准性有非常大的帮助,且双误明显降低。且观察整个实验过程,实验对象对发球练习的的积极性都高于对照组,并有助于建立和巩固正确动作的动力定型,加深动作记忆。 Image training is a subjective and vivid visual simulation of the movements of the movements after watching a certain movement,and subjectively and vividly,and forming a subjective image of the movement skills in the head,which is combined with special training to effectively improve the training of motor skills.This paper uses the literature method,comparative analysis method and experimental method to conduct research on the young people of Chongqing New Network Club,and study the stability,accuracy and double error rate of the training of the tennis training technique in the teaching of tennis training.Whether the effect has a good effect.After this experimental analysis,the representation training method is combined with the training process of the tee training,which is very helpful to the stability and accuracy of the tennis teeing technique,and the double error is significantly reduced.And observing the whole experimental process,the enthusiasm of the experimental subjects for the practice of the ball is higher than that of the control group,and it helps to establish and consolidate the dynamic stereotype of the correct action and deepen the action memory.
