摘要
摔跤是比赛双方比拼速度和耐力等综合水平的运动项目,对于运动员的整体水平要求很高。在古典摔跤运动中,运动员的力量水平尤为重要,因为运动员的摔跤技术要靠强大的力量作为基础。本文对古典式摔跤运动中力量训练的重要性,以及训练特点和训练途径进行了详细探讨和研究,以期为古典式摔跤运动的力量训练提供借鉴。
Wrestling is the competition speed and endurance and other comprehensive level of sports,for the Athlete’s overall level is very high.In greco-roman wrestling,the strength level of the wrestler is particularly important because the wrestler’s wrestling technique is based on great strength.In this paper,the importance of strength training in Greco-Roman wrestling sports,as well as the training characteristics and training methods are discussed and studied in detail,with a view to providing reference for strength training in Greco-Roman wrestling sports.
