摘要
目前,国内的企业集团在财务共享模式下的财务管理模式还处于摸索阶段,因此,对于信息支撑和人员的转型方面还存在着一定的问题。论文开展关于财务共享视域下企业集团财务管理模式优化策略的探究,希望能够结合案例分析,找到在财务共享视域下企业集团财务管理具体的运行策略。
At present,the financial management mode of domestic enterprise groups under the financial sharing mode is still in the exploratory stage,so there are some problems existing in the information support and personnel transformation.This paper carries out the research on the optimization strategy of financial management mode of enterprise group in the view of financial sharing,and hopes to find out the specific operation strategy of financial management of enterprise group in the view of financial sharing through case analysis.
