摘要
为了掌握河南省羊肠道病毒(CEV)的感染情况,本试验采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法对2015-2018年采集于河南省不同地区的298份具有明显腹泻症状的发病羊样品和776份临床未表现出腹泻症状的健康羊样品进行了CEV感染的病原学调查与分析。结果显示:在腹泻样品中,不同地区的CEV阳性感染率在21.21%~76.19%之间,2018年CEV阳性感染率较2015年、2016年、2017年的阳性感染率分别提高了7.48%,7.38%,7.22%,绵羊的CEV阳性感染率较山羊高27.55%,圈养的CEV阳性感染率较半散养、散养分别高出12.00%,22.75%。在健康样品中,不同地区的CEV阳性感染率为5.88%~17.80%,2018年CEV阳性感染率较2015年、2016年、2017年的阳性感染率分别提高了4.88%,4.75%,3.87%,绵羊的CEV阳性感染率较山羊高出9.31%,圈养的CEV阳性感染率较半散养、散养分别高出6.46%,13.65%。说明河南省不同地区的腹泻羊群和健康羊群中均存在不同程度的CEV感染,且河南省羊场中CEV的阳性感染存在逐年升高的趋势,绵羊较山羊易感CEV,羊群在圈养方式下较半散养和散养方式下易感CEV。
To know the infection of enterovirus of sheep(CEV) in Henan province,this study used the method of double antibody sandwich ELISA to detect 298 sheep samples with obvious diarrhea symptoms and 776 healthy sheep samples without diarrhea symptoms in clinical from 2015 to 2018 in different areas of Henan province.The results showed that in diarrhea samples,the CEV positive infection rate in different areas ranged from 21.21%-76.19%.In 2018,the CEV positive infection rate increased by 7.48%,7.38% and 7.22% respectively compared with that in 2015,2016 and 2017.The CEV positive infection rate in sheep was 27.55% higher than that in goats.The CEV positive infection rate in captivity was 12.00% and 22.75% higher than that in semi free range and free range,respectively.In the healthy samples,the CEV positive infection rate in different regions ranges from 5.88%-17.80%.In 2018,the CEV positive infection rate increased by 4.88%,4.75% and 3.87% respectively compared with that in 2015,2016 and 2017.The CEV positive infection rate in sheep was 9.31% higher than that in goats.The CEV positive infection rate in captivity was 6.46% and 13.65% higher than that in semi free range and free range,respectively.The results showed that CEV infection existed in diarrhea sheep and healthy sheep in different areas of Henan province,and the positive CEV infection increased year by year in Henan sheep farm.Sheep were more susceptible to CEV than goats,and sheep were more susceptible to CEV in captivity than in semi free range and free range.
