摘要
从光学薄膜理论出发,讨论并改进了光倾斜入射情况下红外窄带滤光片的光学性能改变,从而使窄带滤光片的倾斜使用性能得到改善,拓宽了滤光片的工作角度。
Based on the theory of optical thin film,this paper discusses and improves the change of optical performance of infrared narrow-band filter under the condition of light slanting incidence,so that the slanting performance of narrow-band filter is improved and the working angle of filter is widened.
