摘要
图书馆是文化精准扶贫的核心力量之一,研究其文化精准扶贫的策略可以为图书馆有效开展文化精准扶贫工作提供借鉴。本文综合运用文献研究法和案例分析法,对"十三五"时期图书馆文化精准扶贫学术研究现状进行了系统梳理,对河北省图书馆、湖北省图书馆、吉首大学图书馆和华南理工大学图书馆开展的文化精准扶贫项目进行了深入分析;提出"互联网+"视角下图书馆文化精准扶贫的具体实施策略:建立文化精准扶贫人口信息库、构建文化精准扶贫云平台、创新文化精准扶贫新模式、完善文化精准扶贫考核"顶层设计"等。
Library is one of the core strength of cultural targeted poverty alleviation.The study of the strategies can provide reference for the libraries to effectively carry out culturally targeted poverty alleviation.This paper comprehensively uses the literature research and case analysis methods to systematically sort out the academic research status of library cultural targeted poverty alleviation during the period of " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".In addition,Hebei Provincial Library,Hubei Provincial Library,Ji Shou University Library and South China University of Technology Library’s cultural targeted poverty alleviation projects are analyzed in depth.This paper puts forward specific implementation strategies of library culturally targeted poverty alleviation from the perspective of "Internet+" :builds culturally targeted poverty alleviation personnel information database,builds culturally targeted poverty alleviation cloud platform,innovates new model of culturally targeted poverty alleviation,and improves the "top design" of culturally targeted poverty alleviation assessment.
