摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血浆微小RNA-125a-3p(miR-125a-3p)、微小RNA-140-5p(miR-140-5p)的水平变化及临床意义。方法选取该院收治的60例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究组,选取同期体检健康女性50例作为对照组。比较两组miR-125a-3p、miR-140-5p、糖类抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平;采用Pearson相关分析探讨研究组miR-125a-3p、miR-140-5p水平与CA125、VEGF、TNF-α、IL-1β水平的相关性;采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析各指标对子宫内膜异位症的诊断价值。结果研究组miR-125a-3p、miR-140-5p、VEGF、CA125、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。miR-125a-3p、miR-140-5p水平与VEGF、CA125、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均呈正相关(P<0.05),miR-125a-3p水平与miR-140-5p水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,miR-125a-3p诊断子宫内膜异位症的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.862,灵敏度为86.7%,特异度为78.0%;miR-140-5p诊断子宫内膜异位症的AUC为0.759,灵敏度为71.7%,特异度为72.0%。结论子宫内膜异位症患者存在血浆miR-125a-3p、miR-140-5p高表达,对子宫内膜异位症具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma microRNA-125a-3p(miR-125a-3p)and microRNA-140-5p(miR-140-5p)levels in patients with endometriosis and its clinical significance.Methods Sixty patients with endometriosis treated in the hospital were selected as the research group,and 50 healthy women who underwent medical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of miR-125a-3p,miR-140-5p,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)were compared;Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between the levels of miR-125a-3p,miR-140-5p and CA125,VEGF,TNF-α,IL-1βin the research group;receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC curve)was used to analyze the diagnostic value of each index for endometriosis.Results The levels of miR-125a-3p,miR-140-5p,VEGF,CA125,TNF-αand IL-1βin the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of miR-125a-3p and miR-140-5p were positively correlated with the levels of VEGF,CA125,TNF-αand IL-1β(P<0.05),the level of miR-125a-3p was positively correlated with the level of miR-140-5p(P<0.05).The results of ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of miR-125a-3p in the diagnosis of endometriosis was 0.862,the sensitivity was 86.7%,and the specificity was 78.0%.The AUC of miR-140-5p in the diagnosis of endometriosis was 0.759,the sensitivity was 71.7%,and the specificity was 72.0%.Conclusion Patients with endometriosis have high expression of miR-125a-3p and miR-140-5p in plasma,which has certain diagnostic value for endometriosis.
